Membership

As a member of A.S.R. BLOK, you pay a yearly contribution of €27,50. However,if you became a member after March the costs will only be €16,00.

Lessons

Before becoming a member of A.S.R. BLOK, you first have to ride in a trial lesson. This lesson will show the instructor and board your abilities and makes it possible to assign the right lesson to you (beginner, semi-advanced or advanced). It is not mandatory to become a member after your trial ride, but of course, we hope you do! A trial lesson costs €18,30, but if you become a member right after, you will get a discount and the lesson will cost €14,00.

For the costs of the lessons, we take into account if you are a student or not:
Dressage or carrousel students: €17,25 per hour
Dressage or carrousel non-student: €18,00 per hour

Jumping student: €18,00 per hour
Jumping non-student: €18,80 per hour

If you can't come to a class you need to find a substitute. If you have found a substitute, he/she will pay for that lesson. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the lesson yourself.

Payments

If you are a member at A. S. R. BLOK, you pay by monthly direct debit. The treasurer will send you a summary email with that month's charges and if this is correct, the amount will be automatically debited from your account.

Activities

You will pay separately for the activities that are organized in addition to Wednesday evenings. You can sign up for these activities, thus, you can choose whether you want to participate or not. Activities have sign up deadlines. If you cancel after this date, you will unfortunately have to pay, even if you can no longer join. This is due to the agreements made with stables.

The student budget is taken into account when organizing these activities. The board tries to make them as affordable as possible. The costs of the activities are collected together with the lesson fees.

DINNER AND COOKING

Every Wednesday our wonderful cooking committee cooks a meal for our members. Each meal costs €3,00. This can be paid by purchasing a 5-strip or 10-strip strip card. One meal counts as one strip. The cooking committee keeps track of how many strips you still have left. A 5 strip card costs €15,00 and a 10 strip card costs €30,00. The amount must be transferred to NL11INGB0004395377 stating your name and which strip card you are buying.
